Polyester felt effectively traps air, creating a barrier that minimizes heat transfer from the sauna environment to the head, helping to keep the scalp and brain cool even in high temperatures. This reduces the risk of overheating and discomfort during long sauna sessions.
Compared to heavier materials like wool or thick cotton, polyester felt is lightweight, ensuring the hat doesn’t feel cumbersome on the head. Its soft texture also enhances comfort, avoiding irritation or pressure points.
Polyester is inherently resistant to moisture absorption, meaning the felt hat dries rapidly if it comes into contact with sweat or steam. This prevents the hat from becoming heavy or clammy, maintaining its shape and performance throughout use.
Polyester felt is strong and resilient, withstanding repeated exposure to high heat, steam, and frequent use without easily tearing, shrinking, or losing its insulating properties. It holds up well to regular cleaning, extending its lifespan.
The material is low-maintenance—most polyester felt sauna hats can be hand-washed or gently machine-washed with mild detergent, and they dry quickly without requiring special care. This makes them convenient for regular use.
Polyester felt has a slight natural flexibility, allowing the hat to conform to different head shapes for a snug yet comfortable fit. It often retains its shape well, ensuring consistent coverage and insulation.
Compared to premium sauna hat materials (such as genuine felt or specialized heat-resistant fabrics), polyester felt is typically more budget-friendly, offering a cost-effective option without compromising on core functionality.

The factory, established in 1983, covers an area of 16,640 square meters. It features a monthly production capacity of 30,000 pieces of sauna hats, with an annual production capacity reaching up to 100,000 pieces. This large-scale setup ensures we easily meet both domestic and international volume requirements.
The sauna hats are primarily made of 100% wool or high-quality felt. Wool felt is an exceptional thermal insulator, maintaining a constant temperature inside the hat to provide an optimal, comfortable sauna experience.
Strict quality inspection standards are maintained throughout. Raw materials are backed by certificates such as RWS and CO of New Zealand wool, guaranteeing quality at the source. Sophisticated processing ensures the hats are smooth, thick, and highly absorbent. In addition, full customization of size, color, and pattern is supported.
As a manufacturer with strong capability, we participate in major trade shows to connect with international buyers. We showcase diverse styles of sauna hats, such as "Emperor helmet", "Viking", and custom color-matching designs, effectively expanding sales channels and promoting our products in international markets.

A felt sauna hat acts as an insulator, keeping the air around your head at a stable, cooler temperature. This protects your scalp and hair from high heat damage, prevents overheating, and allows you to enjoy longer, more comfortable sauna sessions.
Polyester felt is exceptionally lightweight, quick-drying, and budget-friendly. It resists moisture absorption, so it won’t feel heavy or soggy with sweat, and it holds its shape well after repeated washings.
Our polyester felt hats are highly durable and easy to maintain. They can be gently hand-washed or machine-washed in cool water with a mild detergent, then hung up using the hanging loop to dry quickly.
